I ordered from tufferman.co and, to be fair, most of it was fine. The item arrived and it was exactly what I expected, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. The price was reasonable too. The only thing that let it down was the delivery side of things. It felt a bit slower than it should’ve been, and the updates weren’t very clear, so I did end up having to chase a little just to find out what was happening. Not a terrible experience by any means, but it did feel like communication could’ve been handled better.

I had to send a pair back because I’d ordered the wrong size. Just filled in the returns thing on the site and popped it in the post. Refund came through a few days later, no messing about at all. Would def use again.

I had an issue, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair they fixed it quickly and didn’t make a big fuss about it. Would’ve been nicer not to deal with it in the first place, but I appreciate the quick response

I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me in maybe 10 or 15 minutes. No back and forth for ages, just a clear answer and it was sorted pretty much straight away. nice dealing with a company that actually replies fast. I'd definitely use them again

I ordered from tufferman.co and, overall, I’d say the finish is good. Once it was set up it looked tidy enough, and I couldn’t really spot any dents or rough edges. One corner wasn’t quite perfect, but nothing major, and for the price it seems like a fairly solid buy.

Pretty decent rack overall, especially for the price. Delivery was quick too, which was a nice surprise. One part was missing and another piece had a small dent, so that was a bit annoying, but I messaged Tufferman and they sorted it without too much hassle. It took a few extra days in the end, but it’s all built now and does the job just fine.

Picked up this garage rack it’s sturdy as heck. Loaded it up with some heavy boxes and there’s zero wobble, which is exactly what I needed. Happy with it, no complaints at all.

That said, the site felt slow in a few spots, and some pages were just too cluttered. It took more clicks than I expected to compare items, which got annoying. Checkout was fine and I didn’t run into any major problems, but the whole experience kind of made me lose some trust in the site. When things feel clunky or slow, I start wondering if everything else is going to be reliable too. Not terrible overall, but it definitely needs to be smoother.

I bought some shelving from tufferman.co.uk a few months back and it’s been in my garage pretty much every day since. To be fair, it does feel strong and it hasn’t started bending or wobbling, even with some fairly heavy boxes on it. Assembly took longer than I expected, and one of the parts had a small mark on it when it arrived, which did chip away at my confidence a bit. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did make me wonder about the quality control. Overall, I’d still give it 4 stars because the shelving itself has held up well so far

Tufferman has a fair amount of stuff to choose from, mainly shelving and storage bits. I did eventually find what I needed, but some sections felt a bit limited and a few products looked almost the same. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I do wish there were more options in sizes and styles. Also, it felt a bit frustrating not having any real human contact or someone to ask for advice, sometimes you just want to speak to a person instead of figuring it all out yourself.

I ordered from Tufferman and it all turned up just as you’d hope, the box was sturdy, everything was packed neatly, nothing was damaged, and it didn’t feel overdone or wasteful either, just properly packed and easy to deal with, so I’d happily order from them again

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but I’m actually really happy with it. Everything arrived in good shape, and the quality feels better than I thought it would for the price. Definitely good value for the money.

Put this together easily, no real trouble at all. The instructions were clear enough and everything made sense as I went along. Defintely a smooth build

I like shopping here overall, but I’ve noticed the items I need are out of stock often. Maybe I’m just checking at the wrong times, I’m not sure, but it’s happened enough that it gets a little frustrating. It would be great if they could keep popular items available more consistently.

I ordered a storage rack from Tufferman and I’m genuinely happy with it. The metal has a nice weight to it, the shelves sit level without that annoying little wobble, and even the edges and bolt holes lined up better than I expected. It did take me a little while to put together, mostly because I kept checking everything was square, but all the parts were there and clearly packed. For the price, it feels like a proper solid bit of kit. I’d buy from Tufferman again.

Tufferman were good with the updates, to be honest. I kept getting emails and delivery info, so I kind of knew where things were at without having to chase anyone. Not much else to say really, but it all went fine and I’d use them again

It was nice that the item matched what I ordered and looked like the pictures. I do wish there had been a little more detail in the description, just so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall though, I’m happy with it since it was accurate and arrived as shown.
